Legal Bases for Processing Your Data

Contractual Obligations - We Mushroombiz are in a contract with your employer to deliver HR and/or Payroll services.

Legal Obligations - When providing Payroll & HR Services we have statutory obligations with HRMC to accurately report pay and remuneration for the purpose of taxation and HMRC compliance.

Consent - To process your data, we also ask for your consent.

How Long We Hold Your Data

We need to hold on to your name and employment details for the duration of the contract term between Mushroombiz and your Employer and 2 years after to fulfil our contractual obligations. The rest of the data we collect is deleted 90 days after you have submitted this form.
